What if only part of my order has arrived?

If you have ordered more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately. If you are in any way concerned please call our Customer Services on: 08456 436 176

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48hrs of your order being delivered.
If there are clear signs of damage caused in Transit, it is quicker for you to accept the goods as “DAMAGED” and call us on: 08456 436 176 to arrange a replacement item. You can if you wish, refuse the delivery, but this will cause delays to the replacement being sent, as we need to await the return of the original item, before sending a replacement to you.

When will my goods be delivered?

Most items are dispatched the next working day from our warehouse. We expect goods to arrive within 2-3days working days, after the order has been placed

What are Clearance products?

Sometimes we have end of lines, special offers, customer returns and damaged goods. These will be shown in our clearance section and CLEARLY MARKED with the reason for the return.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices are shown inclusive of the current rate of VAT.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

We will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order shortly after your order is placed

How can I get a VAT receipt for my order?

Once your order has been processed, an invoice will be sent to you as a PDF file

I live in the Channel Islands – How do I reclaim the VAT?

Orders which are delivered to a Channel Islands address will be calculated net of VAT at the checkout.

How can I change my account information?

If you wish to change or update your online account information (including your email address, password or communication preferences) simply click on “My Account” in the top menu bar or click here to go to the “Your Orders” page. Then simply enter your email address

Amend or Cancel your order

If you need to amend or cancel an order please contact Customer Services on 08456 436 176 Please have your order number and date the order was placed with you.

We will endeavour to assist you, however, please remember that we attempt to ship within 24hrs of your order being placed, and therefore the goods may already have been dispatched to you. In this instance, please follow our returns procedure. Click here for information about returns

Track your order

If you find that only part of your order has been delivered, this could be because items have been dispatched from different warehouses. However, of your order is obviously incomplete over-delivered or damaged, or should you wish to cancel or amend your order please email our Customer Services team or call: 08456 436 176

Refund Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Riverbed. However, should you wish to make a return we are happy to exchange or refund a product providing that it is unused and in a fully saleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 14 days) and in original, undamaged packaging*. All returns are subject to a handling charge of £25 or 20% whichever is the greater, of the original selling price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

PLEASE NOTE: The cost of the return and the care of the goods whilst being returned is the responsibility of the purchaser. Any delivery charges incurred at the time of purchase cannot be recovered.
